Each REMAL FASHION piece is crafted in limited quantities with intention and care.
To preserve the integrity of our collections, returns are structured with consideration.

Return Window

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery

Eligibility

Items must be:

• Unworn, unaltered, and unused
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Returned in original packaging

Exchanges

We encourage exchanges to ensure the perfect fit.

• Subject to availability
• If unavailable → store credit issued

Refunds

• Returns are accepted; however:
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
• Shipping fees are non-refundable

Refund options:

• Store credit
• Original payment method (upon request)

Pre-Order Items

Some pieces are made on a pre-order basis.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production begins
• Standard return eligibility still applies

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours
• Include photos of the issue

We will prioritize a resolution immediately.

However, slight variations may occur due to fabric characteristics and screen displays.
